Conoflex - Nemesis

In answer to all your emails of support regarding the 'Nemesis' Name.
Fox International have registered the name 'Nemesis' with the I.P.O and now market a rod with that name.
Conoflex Limited had not registered the name as they claim 'Common law rights, having designed and produced a range of rods bearing that name since 1994.
On these grounds we intend to contest the registration.
If this fails it would mean that the name 'Nemesis' would be used on an imported rod, no doubt to help sales.
